Care tiers keep an existing site healthy: hosting, patching, backups, monitoring, edits, and technical SEO upkeep. Partner tiers include all of that and add the growth engine on top — Google Business Profile management, social scheduling, content and blog production, paid ads, email marketing, and a much larger block of development hours.

Yes. Move up any time and the change takes effect immediately, pro-rated. Move down or cancel with 15 days notice on Care tiers, 30 days on Partner tiers. No contracts, no exit fee, and you keep your site, your accounts, and your backups either way.

Anything we can complete inside a normal work session: text and image swaps, a new team member, updated pricing, a new blog post, a product added, a form field changed, a section reordered. If a request needs new design or new functionality, we scope it separately and tell you before any work starts.

On the Partner tiers, development hours roll over for 30 days within an active subscription — use 8 of 15 this month and you have 22 available next month. On the Care tiers they do not: hours there are reserved capacity, not credit, and your slot in the queue is held whether or not you use it. If you know a heavy month is coming, tell us and we will move hours forward instead of losing them.

Both. On WordPress, core, theme, plugin, and PHP updates are staged and tested before they touch production. On Shopify, theme updates, app conflicts, product uploads, checkout and speed work, and Liquid customization are all in scope. We also maintain custom Next.js and headless builds, which is where most of our clients end up.

Essential replies within 48 hours, Standard within 24, Premium and Growth within 4 business hours, Elite within 2. Anything that takes the site down is treated as an outage on every plan and worked immediately.

Hosting is managed for you but billed at cost — we recommend Vercel, Netlify, or AWS depending on your stack, typically $20–$100/month with no markup from us.
