The ranges on this page are starting estimates for budgeting and RFP planning. Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually, with milestone-based billing and a fixed-price proposal so there are no surprises for your finance or procurement team.
Can you respond to an RFP, RFQ, or ITB?+
Yes. Send us the solicitation and the deadline and we will prepare a written response. We can also help shape requirements ahead of a formal solicitation with a paid discovery and proposal-planning engagement.
Are your websites ADA accessible?+
Yes. We design and build to WCAG 2.1 AA and align with Section 508 expectations. Accessibility is part of the build from the first mockup and is verified before launch.
Do you handle hosting, security, and ongoing maintenance?+
Yes. We offer managed cloud hosting, security patching, monitoring, content updates, and accessibility upkeep on a monthly retainer with a support SLA. Emergency and hourly work is available outside the retainer as well.
Who owns the website and the code?+
You do. On final payment you own the source code, the domain, the hosting account, and any third-party accounts in your name. You can move the site or change vendors at any time without our cooperation.
